What are the responsibilities of Accounts Payable Specialist at Velocity Global?
- The Accounts Payable Specialist handles the end-to-end Accounts Payable process for the Global Finance team. This includes:
- Prepare accounts payable entries, including banking inputs for approval.
- Payment entries/uploads in banking platforms (including Citibank and AFEX).
- Prepare weekly and monthly AP reports.
- Work with Finance team members to complete the preparation and review of local filing requirements (local VAT Returns and more).
- Maintain good partner connections and generally respond to all inquiries from your team.
