- Hands-on experience with Collibra Data Governance platform and its integration with ETL tools.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Experience with API integrations, workflow automation, and enterprise data governance tools.
- Solid understanding of SQL, Python, and PySpark for data processing and quality checks.

- You will define, implement, and enforce data governance policies, including data quality standards, stewardship roles, and lifecycle management. You will apply industry best practices such as DAMA-DMBOK and COBIT to enhance data management and consistency.
- You will develop and maintain data governance frameworks, strategies, and roadmaps aligned with organizational goals while ensuring compliance with governance policies and standards.
- You will optimize data governance processes to improve efficiency and ensure consistent adoption across teams.
- You will lead and participate in data governance initiatives, including process standardization and metadata repository development, and work closely with data owners, data stewards, and business teams to drive governance adoption
- You will be responsible for maintaining clear documentation of data governance policies, workflows, and frameworks and creating reports on data governance performance, impact, and compliance to share with stakeholders.
- You will configure and manage Collibra workflows, rules, and policies to support governance initiatives, oversee data cataloging, lineage tracking, and stewardship, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- You will develop data quality dashboards and reporting mechanisms to monitor data health and drive data quality process adoption across the organization.
- You will track data lineage and metadata to ensure consistency and integration across systems while supporting data flow mapping and visualization for impact analysis.
