- Responding to Customer Inquiries: Address customer questions and issues through various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and high-quality service.
- Identifying and Reporting Product Issues: Detect, replicate, and document validated product problems, collaborating with the Research and Development (R&D) team to facilitate resolutions.
- Logging Feature Requests: Collect and record customer suggestions for new features, providing valuable insights for product enhancements.
- Managing Support Tickets: Take ownership of support tickets, guiding them through all process stages until resolution, and maintaining an overview of submitted cases to R&D.
- Escalating Critical Issues: Assess the severity and business impact of support cases, escalating them appropriately to ensure timely attention and resolution.
- Maintaining Product Expertise: Stay updated on the Brandwatch product suite and its features, participating in feature tests to provide informed support.
- Updating Internal Knowledge Base: Contribute new insights to the internal knowledge base, enhancing knowledge sharing across the support team.
- Collaborating Across Departments: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Technical Product Specialists, Customer Experience, and R&D, to deliver outstanding service and resolve customer issues effectively
