Roles & Responsibilities:
- Capture the information and validate the data for correctness based on client parameters.
- Should follow the instructions as mentioned in the Process Manual.
- Deliver the goals and targets as per defined KPIs.
- Follow the company policies and procedures under the guidelines aligned by supervisor and manager.
Special skills:
- Should have a good Typing Speed and Accuracy (25 wpm / 95% accuracy)
- Basic computer Knowledge required
- Ability of self-learning on live job
- Eye for Detail.
- Should have good communication skill in English and must have good proficiency in Email Writing skills.
- Willingness to work in Night Shifts or odd shifts/ Weekends /Continuous night shifts/ Rotational Shifts.
