Job Requirement:
- Minimum 15 years of regular education (10+2+3).
- Bachelor’s degree (Accounting / Commerce) or Postgraduate in Finance is preferred.
- Willingness to work in any shifts.
- Mode of salary credit should be through bank from all the employers (no cash in hand).
- Must have all educational and employment documents.
Experience Required:
- Knowledge of accounting concepts and reconciliation.
- Should be able to communicate to stakeholders across globe, explaining the process, coordinate for supporting documents to prepare reconciliations.
- Experience in updating commentary against open breaks, explaining it in different forums to global stakeholders.
- High aptitude for cross functional teamwork, collaboration and proactive mindset.
- Ability to understand and communicate financial implications and business impact.
- Positive attitude, self-driven/independent thinker and comfortable in fluid environment as the business evolves
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight timelines
- Self-driven and ability to work independently
- Ability to think creatively and provide solutions to complex problems.
Competencies required:
- Good with Excel & need to have a proactive approach.
- Good communication skills.
- Process Driven and has eye for detail.
- Self-motivated, willingness to take on challenges and adaptable to change.
