Roles & Responsibilities:
- Transaction Monitoring
- Analyze financial transactions to identify unusual or suspicious activities that may indicate money laundering or fraudulent behavior.
- Compliance Reviews
- Ensure adherence to AML regulations and company policies by conducting detailed reviews of customer profiles, KYC documentation, and risk assessments.
- Investigation and Reporting
- Conduct in-depth investigations of flagged accounts and prepare Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) or Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) for regulatory submission.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders
- Work closely with compliance teams, law enforcement agencies, and internal departments to provide insights and support during audits or investigations.
- Policy Updates and Training
- Stay updated on global AML regulations, provide input for process improvements, and assist in training new employees on AML best practices.
Eligibility:
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3 Bachelors/Graduates)
- All candidates should be comfortable with Rotational Shift / Split or Rotational Week-off / 5 Days Work From Office.
