Job responsibilities:
Invoice Management:
- Process invoices across multiple domains, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage statutory compliance for domestic and overseas invoices (WHT/TDS/GST).
- Handle tax declaration forms for overseas transactions (e.g., No PE, 10F).
Financial Operations:
- Oversee service requests such as GRIR settlement and CAPEX invoicing.
- Handle advances, ensuring proper tracking and reconciliation.
- Support tax case data management and audit requirements.
Vendor & Audit Support:
- Conduct vendor follow-up and reconciliation activities.
- Provide support for audits and assist in the month-end and quarter-end book closures.
General Ledger (GL) Management:
- Perform GL & variance analysis.
- Ensure accurate invoice verification and processing in the ERP system (preferably SAP).
- Handle payment processing and month-end provisioning.
Taxation:
- Maintain knowledge of applicable TDS & GST regulations (Input Credit, RCM applicability).
- Assist in statutory audit clarifications.
Required skills set:
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is highly preferred.
Analytical & Problem-Solving:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Communication:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact effectively with vendors, auditors, and internal teams.
