- Taking US patient inbound calls.
- Scheduling/rescheduling patient appointment.
- Helping patients with requested information.
- Utilizing the correct Practice & protocol document.
- Dealing with empathy and maintaining a positive demeanor while on call with patient.
- Escalating case to concern person if required.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Should be flexible working for US shifts.
- Should have good typing skills (25-30 wpm).
- Should have good English communication skills (both oral and written).
- Knowledge of US Healthcare would be an added advantage.
- Should be open & flexible to align with business requirements as needed.
