Job description:
- B. Com Graduate
- 1+ Years’ experience into Accounts Payable
- Good basic accounting knowledge
- Experience into Invoice Processing/Vendor Reconciliation
- Good working hands on Excel
- Knowledge about GST/TDS
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Invoice Processing
- Review, verify, and process supplier invoices in accordance with company policies, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Vendor Management
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors, handle inquiries, and resolve discrepancies or disputes related to payments.
- Reconciliation
- Perform regular reconciliations of vendor statements, accounts, and payment records to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.
- Compliance and Documentation
- Ensure all accounts payable processes comply with company policies, tax regulations, and audit requirements, maintaining accurate records.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit reports on accounts payable activities, payment status, and cash flow forecasts for management review.
