- End-to-End Mortgage Processing:
Oversee the complete mortgage origination lifecycle—from reviewing and processing applications to coordinating documentation and facilitating the closing process. - Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:
Ensure all processes comply with US mortgage regulations and internal policies by meticulously verifying borrower details, documentation, and credit data. - Client Interaction and Communication:
Act as a primary point of contact for borrowers and related stakeholders, addressing inquiries, clarifying application details, and guiding clients through the mortgage process. - Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
Work closely with underwriting, credit risk, legal, and external vendors to streamline operations, resolve issues, and ensure timely processing of mortgage applications. - Process Optimization and Reporting:
Monitor performance metrics, identify process bottlenecks, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, while preparing regular reports to track progress and maintain data accuracy.
