Requirements:

• Exposure to data extraction from documents
• Research company and people data on the internet
• Good knowledge of MS-office(Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good written and verbal communication.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Data Processing and Entry:

• Ensure accurate and timely input of data into Mobius systems or applications.
• Review and validate incoming data for accuracy and completeness.

Document Management:

• Manage, categorize, and store documents and records in Mobius software.
• Ensure proper indexing and tagging of documents for easy retrieval.

Workflow Execution:

• Follow predefined workflows and processes to complete tasks in Mobius applications.
• Track and monitor workflow progress to ensure timely completion.

Quality Assurance:

• Perform routine checks to ensure the quality and consistency of data and documents.
• Address discrepancies or errors in the documents or data.

Customer Support (if applicable):

• Provide support to internal teams or clients regarding document or data processing issues.
• Assist in resolving any issues with Mobius software usage.

System Monitoring:

• Monitor the system for any errors or issues and escalate when necessary.
• Ensure that the Mobius system is running smoothly and effectively.

Reporting:

• Generate and maintain reports related to data processing, workflow progress, and any issues encountered.
• Provide insights or updates to management based on data analysis.

Compliance and Security:

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents and data.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other team members, departments, and stakeholders to meet organizational objectives.
• Participate in team meetings and provide updates on tasks and issues.

Continuous Improvement:
