Roles & Responsibilities:
- Program Support
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of Magic Bus programs by supporting field teams in operational and administrative tasks.
- Data Management
- Collect, organize, and maintain accurate records of program-related data, including participant information and progress reports.
- Coordination and Communication
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including field staff, beneficiaries, and external partners, to ensure smooth program execution.
- Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare and submit timely reports on program outcomes, challenges, and feedback to supervisors or management.
- Adherence to Policies
- Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines, ethical standards, and donor requirements in all activities and documentation.
Education:
- Any Degree (Except Engineering and Life science)/Diploma/12th passed out.
