Roles and Responsibilities:
- Acquiring new current Account through Open Market Sourcing
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions using banking products such as Current Accounts, Trade Forex, POS Machine and all the Liability Products
- Utilize POS machines to process transactions efficiently.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets set by the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 1-6 years of experience in Banking Sales or Business Development Management (BDM).
- Strong understanding of Current Account sales officer roles and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- 2-wheeler vehicle is a must
