Job description:
- Understand the requirements for various positions in IT recruitment.
- Work with team of recruiters for hiring majorly into Contractual hiring.
- Managing a team of business-aligned Resourcing Partners, and forming a strategic partnership with a specific business area to understand their objectives and design a recruitment strategy that supports their Client’s objectives.
- Own the complete accountability of delivering recruitment services on time & achieve the set target on a quarterly basis
- Form relationships, perform headhunting, and generate profiles to meet set targets
- Mobilize human resources through various means such as Job Portals, Headhunting, Advertising, and References.
- Offer negotiations and take feedback from the client and the candidate with regard to the interviews taken.
- Client interaction, Client Anchoring, and Account Management.
Requirements:
- Graduation in any discipline
- 1+ years of experience in Staffing and mandatory experience in Contract hiring(Must)..
- Excellent drive and execution skills, Negotiation skills, and Technology Understanding
- Decent understanding of the market dynamics, Cost structures, and Resource availability
- Excellent search skills and ability to form good relationships with candidates
- Ability to grasp new technologies and document the same for future use.
