Role Discription:
A CSA in this role responds to customer queries and provide resolution, support and assistance to the customers. The Agent will play an integral role in improving the customer experience by providing fast, friendly and effective service with accurate and personal solutions to customer enquiries.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Accurate input and management of data in systems.
- Customer Support: Handling queries and issues via email, chat, or ticketing systems.
- Process Documentation: Maintaining and updating process-related documents.
- Transaction Processing: Handling transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring the quality of work meets client standards and guidelines.
