Walk in Interview at Engage2Serve: Job details

Skill set:

• Should possess basic typing skills and computer knowledge.
• Should possess good communication skills (verbal and written)

Role & Responsibilities:

Email and Chat Support:

• Handle customer queries and issues via email or chat platforms.
• Provide timely, accurate, and relevant information to customers.

Data Entry & Processing:

• Enter and update customer information in databases and systems.
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness in all records.

Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:

• Identify and address customer problems through written communication.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.

Customer Account Management:

• Monitor and maintain customer accounts, ensuring they are up-to-date.
• Process orders, refunds, and service requests as needed.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare reports on customer interactions and service performance.
• Document all customer interactions and issues accurately for record-keeping.

Handling Service Requests:

• Process, track, and resolve service requests (e.g., billing inquiries, service renewals, etc.) via email, tickets, or chat.

Quality Assurance:

Research and Information Gathering:
