Job summary:
- Sourcing / Acquisition of Gold loan customers, NTB as well as existing cust ids
- Networking and driving business with all sourcing channels in the branch to provide leads. ( CBE / Branch banking / Asset RMs)
- Micro marketing activities at potential locations in the catchment area of the branch.
- Doing end to end operations involved in the disbursal of the loan. ( explaining the product, filling of form, valuation, sealing of packet, sending approvals, resolving queries, sending forms to NPC, resolving discrepancies, renewals etc)
- Customer service pre and post sales.
- Support collection RMs in resolving bucket and POT NPA cases.
- Achieving Goal sheet numbers as per KPIs.
