- Any Graduates
- Minimum 1 year – Maximum 4 years of US Healthcare experience is mandatory
- Good knowledge of RCM
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
- Ready to work from the office

- Claims Processing: Reviewing and analyzing healthcare claims for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulations.
- Data Analysis: Utilizing data analytics to identify trends, billing errors, and potential fraud in healthcare claims.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring the quality and accuracy of claims processing and related healthcare data.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that all processes comply with healthcare laws, regulations, and industry standards such as HIPAA.
- Reporting & Documentation: Preparing detailed reports on claim audits, discrepancies, and performance metrics.

- Process Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in healthcare processes and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
