Roles & Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing through various channels of recruitment for interviewing, Selection, and pre-onboarding.
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and facilitate interviews.
Coordinate with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other sources to source top talents.
Manage candidate experience, ensuring clear communication throughout the process.
Organize and manage walk-in interview drives to attract a large volume of candidates.
Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, candidate registration, and interview schedules
Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on role requirements
Ensure a smooth experience for both candidates and interviewers, providing timely feedback.
Processing Consultant Invoices:
Collaborate with finance and accounts teams to process consultant and vendor invoices.
Ensure that consultant invoices align with agreements and recruitment contracts.
Address any discrepancies and maintain accurate records for future reference.
Maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and third-party vendors to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
Employee Relations & Administration:
Act as the point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances.
Promote a positive work environment and foster smooth onboarding of the candidates
Support onboarding processes, including preparation of new hire documentation and orientation sessions.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain recruitment reports, including candidate tracking, interview outcomes, and hiring progress.
Document the walk-in interview process and candidate feedback for continuous improvement.
Ensure all recruitment records are up-to-date and comply with company policies and data protection laws.
