Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Assist in sourcing candidates using job boards, social media platforms, and other innovative channels.
- Support the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates.
- Coordinate recruitment process, job postings, and internal job referrals.
- Help maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.

Talent Management:
- Support onboarding processes by ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, surveys, and feedback sessions.
- Collaborate on learning and development initiatives as and when required.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Note: This role is a six-month internship position.

What we are looking for:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resource (HR) or related field. Masters degree will be preferred.
- 6months to 1 year of internship experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms or HR software is a plus.
