Roles & Responsibilities:
- Store Operations Management
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and staff coordination, to ensure efficient functioning.
- Team Supervision
- Manage and guide store staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance to maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Customer Service
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Inventory Control
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers for replenishments, and ensure proper storage and labeling of goods.
- Reporting and Compliance
- Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance while ensuring adherence to company policies and safety guidelines.
