Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for customer service by meeting immediate requirements at the front end including disbursal and management of cash
• Processing of demand drafts, cheque deposits, handling and resolution of customer queries.
• Cross-sell bank products by answering inquiries, Informing customers of new services and product promotions, Ascertaining customers’ needs, Directing customers to a branch representative.
• Contribute to the fulfillment of Branch/Bank objectives and goals.
• Promotes and cross sell the banks products and services
• Accept retail and/or commercial deposits, loan payments, process checking and CASA account withdrawals
• Maintain an adequate cash drawer at all times; this includes buying and selling currency from the vault as necessary
• Balance cash drawer in accordance with Bank procedures and regulations including periodic batching of cash checks
• Assist in ordering, receiving, verifying and distributing cash.
• Reconcile cash drawer by tally cash transactions and counting and packaging currency and coins. Turning in excess cash and mutilated currency to Branch manager
• Maintains the highest level of confidentiality with all information obtained.
• Answer customer inquiries and refer customers to the proper service area for issues that cannot be resolved at the Money Officer line.
• May be responsible for bank opening and/or closing.
• Comply with bank operations and security procedures by participating in all dual-control functions.
• Assist customers in accessing for safety deposit Lockers
• Represent the Bank in a manner that maintains and expands positive relations with all customers, potential customers and co-workers.,
• Maintaining customer traffic surveys and guiding for Digital Banking
• Comply with all Bank policies, procedures and regulations and other duties as assigned.
• Auditing Money Officers’ currency
• Contribute to the fulfillment of Branch/Bank objectives and goals.
• Promotes and cross sell the banks products and services
• Accept retail and/or commercial deposits, loan payments, process checking and CASA account withdrawals
