- Freshers or candidates with experience in International Voice Process
- Excellent command over English (comprehension and conversation)
- Flexibility to work in UK, Ireland shifts.

- Customer Support: Provide timely and accurate assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Policy Management: Assist customers with policy information, updates, renewals, and claims processes.
- Data Entry & Maintenance: Accurately input customer data and update records in the system.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a good understanding of Allianz products and services to effectively address customer needs.
- Escalation Handling: Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or management when necessary.
- Compliance & Quality: Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements in customer interactions.
