Role & responsibilities:
- Good Opportunity for freshers
- Making Outbound calls to customers for Renewal services.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
- Achieving the process targets given by the Team leader
- Campaign Outbound.
- Should have good typing speed to create customers cases quickly/
- Should be a target-oriented individual
- Effective communication and customer handling skills are desired
- Candidate would require working in day Shifts 9.30am to 7.30pm
- Must be fluent in Hindi suits for projects
- Collaborates with the Team leader and other team members to achieve the overall teams goal.
