- Screen applications based on predefined criteria and shortlist potential candidates.
- Conduct initial HR interview to assess candidates’ suitability for the role and coordinate subsequent interview rounds with the shortlisted candidates
- Prepare and manage necessary documents for onboarding new employees.
- Assist in creating and maintaining the employee database for accurate and up-to-date records.
- Supporting in ensuring all documents complies with company policies and legal requirements.
- Participate in organizing company events.
- Pitch in ideas for organizing activities to keep employee morale high.
