- Ability to understand key metrics of different product features
- Strong data-oriented approach Conceptual understanding of product analytics with knowledge of different kinds of experiments – funnel analysis, cohort analysis, AB testing etc
- Ability to learn new concepts and tools quickly
- Proficiency in tech tools like Mixpanel, Tableau, SQL, CleverTap, MS Excel, etc.
- A high sense of ownership and hunger to prove oneself
What are the responsibilities of Associate Product Analytics at Smallcase?
- Define product KPIs and analytics schema for new feature launches
- Assist product teams with feature analysis, measuring the impact, performance of features and suggesting improvements based on thorough analysis
- Identify relevant success metrics for ongoing projects, propose and monitor product-level KPIs, and generate regular reports
- Monitor the accuracy of KPIs and metrics across different tools
- Ensuring critical metrics sanity in every feature release
