- 2+ years of field experience as a service engineer for UPS, Cooling systems will be an added advantage
What are the responsibilities of Prevention & Remote Analyst at Schneider Electric?
- Possess a good understanding of Electrical distribution with the ability to analyse the data and alarms generated by Electrical Distribution Assets (transformers, Breakers, Relay, Motors) into meaningful insights and actions.
- Extracts and analyses data and runs analytics (software/expert-based)
- Observe the health of assets, including condition-based analytics
- Notify customers about the asset alarm condition through voice and email communication.
- Interacts with customers and provides remote troubleshooting (e.g., phone, chat, email, etc)
- Acts based on customer requests to create cases; initiates work order creation to dispatch Field Services
- Interacts with a Network of experts for advanced support of data analysis and recommendations to the customer
