- Demonstrated experience with JavaScript.
- Proficiency in both Windows and Macintosh operating systems.

- Experience with cloud-based and web technologies.
- Understanding of networking concepts.
- Experience with ChemDraw or similar software products.

What are the responsibilities of Support Analyst at Revvity?
- Technical Support: Provide Tier 1 technical support and problem resolution to service engineers, internal teams, and customers through email and web tools.
- Troubleshooting: Perform Tier 1 troubleshooting to manage and resolve support issues related to desktop software products.
- Customer Interaction: Answer technical support chat lines for desktop software informatics products, ensuring effective communication with customers.
- Documentation: Develop, maintain, and implement technical documentation, installation protocols, user information services, and in-house technical knowledgebase systems.
- Website Updates: Update the support website with relevant technical information to assist users.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly case reviews with managers and peers, contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Performance Metrics: Ensure customer satisfaction, work quality, and contributions to the knowledgebase are measured and maintained.
- Flexibility: Be adaptable to cover U.S. time zones as required.
