- Screening and Interviewing:

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Application Tracking and Reporting:
- Manage the ATS for up-to-date candidate information.
- Track and report recruitment metrics.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Provide regular updates and collaborate on candidate selection.
- Job Postings:
- Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms.
- Optimize postings to attract a diverse candidate pool.
- Compliance and Record Keeping:
- Ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Maintain accurate and confidential candidate records.
