What are the responsibilities of System Engineer at Norstella?
- Design, deploy, and manage Windows-based infrastructure and Microsoft 365 platform.
- Administer and support Microsoft Intune for device management and security.
- Oversee identity management, including Entra ID and Federation services.
- Manage and troubleshoot local area networks (LAN).
- Configure and maintain cloud services in Azure and AWS.
- Manage network security for secure internet and private application access.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of IT services.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- To succeed in this role, you will:
- Identify and implement new technologies for automation of manual tasks.
- Manage/monitor/patch the server environment as well as EUC environments
- Develop networking solutions
- Collaborate with Security and Cloud teams on projects
- Support integration following corporate acquisitions
- Propose solutions to address complex problems
- Help support and provide knowledge transfer to our L1 and L2 Support Desk team
