- Bachelorʼs degree in a relevant field (Dental, Biomedical Engineering, Marketing, or related areas).
- 3+ years of experience in product training, sales support, or the dental/medical industry preferred.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for training sessions.
- Ability to travel regionally for training, events, and dealer support.
- Tech-savvy – comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and online training platforms.
- Experience in CAD/CAM, intraoral scanners, or digital dentistry is a plus.
- Background in dealer management, product education, or pre-sales training.
- Previous clinical or technical sales experience in the dental industry is beneficial.

- Conduct product demonstrations at exhibitions, dealer events, and seminars.
- Provide training to dealers and sales teams to improve product knowledge.
