- 5-7 years of experience in Finance modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Asset, Expenses, Tax Management etc)

- Expert in Finance business processes, functions, systems and capabilities.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand future business needs.
- Identify new capabilities on the Oracle Product roadmap and align with business needs.
- Drive common process adoption, automation, optimization and process improvements through analysis across areas of responsibility.
- Solicit requirements through interviews, workshops, process analysis, data analysis, proof of concepts, etc.
- Translate requirements and business objectives into detailed deliverables (user stories, process maps, configuration workbooks, functional designs, technical designs, etc.)
- Develop test plans
- Determine underlying issues to common business problems and use appropriate influencing, negotiation, and change management techniques to implement best practice solutions.

- Provide expert advice on Oracle best practices and system optimization.
- Manage and support Oracle system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and system defects.
