What are the responsibilities of Analyst Fiduciary at MarshMcLennan?
- Initiate payment request in Fiduciary system and attach supporting evidence (where applicable)
- Generate periodic payment requisition reports in Fid. system depending on payment schedule of accounts (client, carrier, intra-company, third party, etc.) and store in DMS
- Obtain required Business approvals and update Fiduciary ledger entry to enable urgent payment requests
- Download bank account statement and extract data (PDF Format) or review scanned cheques and extract data (Image); format bank statement where required if available in excel or csv format
- Perform checks to ensure the statement is unique (has not been processed previously) and identify entries to be excluded from the report for processing with reasons
- Work on receipting and allocation of money received from insured/client
