Who is eligible for the position Creative Editor at KUKUFM?
Candidates with following qualifications are eligible for the position
- Minimum 2 years Work experience as a Scriptwriter/Creative Editor in Malayalam/Tamil language or similar roles where you had to develop fiction content and work with Fiction content preferably audio or video.
- Proven experience in content creation and editing, with a strong portfolio of successful fiction projects.
- Prior experience in creating long form fiction content is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in the Malayalam/Tamil language, popular culture in Malayalam with exceptional writing skills in both literature and screenwriting. A deep passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail. Basic understanding of data analytics, content performance metrics, and audience insights
What are the responsibilities of Creative Editor at KUKUFM?
- Produce Contents: Ideate , create, conceptualize and oversee the production of fiction content spanning various genres, ensuring it can generate endless content consumption behavior for mass audiences. Keep constantly developing a pool of ideas /content which can be made into compelling long form audio series in the Fiction genre.
- Character Development: Develop and oversee the creation of compelling heroes, sub-heroes, and bytes across a wide range of genres and topics.
- Content Curation: Source and curate high-quality content from talented Malayalam/Telugu/Tamil writers, nurturing relationships to ensure a steady stream of engaging content.
- Data Understanding: Basic understanding of analytical data to make informed content decisions and enhance the impact of our creative productions.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the ever-evolving trends and preferences of the Malayalam audience to create content that remains relevant and appealing.
- Writing Skills: Exhibit proficiency in the Malayalam language with a strong background in literature and screenwriting. Be able to contribute creatively to the content production process.
- Content Creation and Editing: Utilize your experience to create, edit, and refine content to maintain high production quality standards.
