- Strong Upper-intermediate level of English (B2-C1)
- Advanced MS Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience administrating a CRM (Gainsight experience is a huge plus)
- Critical thinking and a systematic approach to work with a commitment to high-quality standards
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively with large volumes of information
What are the responsibilities of Customer Success Operations Specialist at Ideals?
- Act as a 1-line of support to CSMs and CS leadership: troubleshoot Gainsight CRM automations, data analytics issues, ensuring seamless fixes with clear communication to stakeholders
- Oversee client regional distribution, CRM data enrichment
- Design processes (call-to-actions/playbooks/KPIs) to address client churn risk, at-risk renewals, low product adoption and enable CSMs with expansion opportunities
- Test and implement new automations to improve CSM operational efficiency
- Provide actionable data and insights for leadership meetings, highlighting risks and opportunities
- Lead and participate in cross-functional projects in collaboration with Inside Sales/Field Sales/Billing/Accounts Receivable/Revenue Ops teams
- Analyze renewals, upsells, and other KPIs to identify successes and areas for improvement
- Create insightful dashboards and organize synchronized 1:Many email campaigns for the CSM team and leadership
