Who is eligible for the position of Technical Implementation Analyst at FinThrive?
Candidates with following qualifications are eligible for the position
- Minimum 2 – 5 years of experience in a software/technology implementation environment
- Ability to work successfully in a remote environment
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong understanding of relational DB structures – the ability to learn the structure of a relational DB and in turn leverage the data as a business tool
- Moderate experience or coursework in software development – understand programming concepts, ability to understand the logic of a computer program
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or related field
- Project management experience
What are the responsibilities of Technical Implementation Analyst at FinThrive?
- Ownership of multiple projects to ensure the successful and timely onboarding of Finthrive Solutions
- Ensure the successful completion of quality product and solution implementation utilizing strong technical and analytical skills
- Lead conversations with internal groups in all data aspects of new facility implementation
- Document detailed data import scripting and production job control specifications
- Test data import capabilities after they are developed
- Work across teams to set up new facilities in the production environment
- Work with customer contacts to coordinate the receipt and import of historical and ongoing daily data into the database
- Participate in status meetings and status reporting
- Work closely with Project Managers and other project team resources
- Actively contribute to the design and implementation of internal process improvements. This involves the improvement of manual processes as well as identifying, developing, and implementing tools that help automate processes
