- Bachelor’s degree in business, related field, or equivalent experience.
- TM1 Developer with 2+ years of experience in Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, and Report Generation.
- Expertise in TM1 concepts (rules, feeders, TI, PAX, PAW) and application installation & performance tuning.
- Proficient in SQL and Power BI (preferred).
- Strong stakeholder collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- End-to-end Cognos TM1 management, including design, maintenance, and security.
- Independent & team player with excellent time management.
What are the responsibilities of Information Specialist TM1 Developer at CSG?
- Troubleshoot and resolve intermediate to complex level technical issues in a timely manner.
- Provides assistance with documentation: standard operating procedures, policies, business continuity plans, architecture and infrastructure, training materials, knowledge articles.
- Work with business units to understand business problems and opportunities, gather requirements, and define KPIs as it relates to data mining and data reporting and develop appropriate data solutions.
- Produce KPIs through data analysis to assist company in making key business decisions, supporting closed-loop feedback process which ensures and validates quality and production effectiveness.
- Work with Database Administrators, Data Architects and Scientists to establish system interfaces using ETL tools for the purpose of data integration.
- Collect and analyse transaction data from a variety of imperfect data sources to ensure breadth, depth and quality of reporting information.
- Design data solutions to include intermediate reports, analytics, dashboards, scorecards and other BI solutions.
- Construct and execute intermediate database queries shared across multiple reports.
- Evaluate latest tools and techniques for information delivery.
