Who is eligible for the position of Lead .Net Developer at Conduent?
Candidates with following qualifications are eligible for the position
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token, OAuth, IAM
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools, Docker, Maven and Jenkins will be a plus (optional)
- A knack for benchmarking and optimization and ability to follow processes to adhere security guidelines and performance
- Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git, Bitbucket, and Mercurial
- Exposure to HIPAA, PHI, PII, ADA compliance design and testing will be a plus
- Proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
- Thorough understanding of Reactjs & React Native and its core principles
- Experience with popular Reactjs / Redux & React Native workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
- Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Web pack, NPM, etc.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript ES5 and ES6, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
- Should have strong experience in HTML5, CSS3, JSX, jQuery, Web pack and service pack. Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code

- Front-end support the full enterprise solution that covers healthcare / health insurance claims processing
- Developing user-facing interfaces or UI screens using Reactjs & React Native
- Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. Good understanding of common programming paradigms and fundamental React principles, such as React components, hooks, and the React lifecycle.
- Designing and coding applications
- Conducting unit testing
- Troubleshooting issues, and mentoring team member.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, document technical designs, and adhere to the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Expertise in .NET frameworks, web technologies, and Agile methodologies is essential
