- Windows Operating Systems (Windows 7, 10, and 11)
- Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
- Email support for O365, Exchange, and POP
- Administration of O365 and Azure portals
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) applications (e.g., Duo, Azure, Okta)
- Spam filtration tools (e.g., Mimecast, Microsoft Spam)
- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) applications (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, Zendesk)
- Basic networking knowledge, including LAN, WAN, wireless technologies, and VPN clients (e.g., Cisco, SonicWall, Fortinet)
- Troubleshooting computer hardware, including laptops, desktops, thin clients, and peripherals
- Understanding of security principles, virus and malware remediation, and experience with antivirus tools (e.g., Sophos, Vipre, Crowdstrike)
- Printer setup and troubleshooting
- Support for mobile devices (iPhone, Windows Mobile, Android)
- Ability to provide technical assistance over the phone
- Capacity to manage multiple open tickets simultaneously
