- Basic knowledge on security products would be added advantage
- Basic knowledge on monitoring of Network devices

What are the responsibilities of Engineer Cloud & Infra Engineer at Birlasoft?
- Handling Service Requests and Incidents: Receiving, logging, and managing incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining accurate records.
- Providing Technical Support: Assisting end-users with technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks, both in person and remotely.
- System Installation and Configuration: Setting up and configuring computer systems, including hardware, software, networks, printers, and operating systems (Windows/MAC).
- Troubleshooting and Diagnosing Issues: Identifying and resolving technical problems with hardware, software, and networks, including Microsoft products like Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, and OneDrive, as well as Apple MacOS.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking the progress of ticket backlogs, reporting to IT leadership, and continuing to monitor open tickets to ensure issues are addressed promptly.
- Collaborating with IT Teams: Escalating unresolved issues to higher-level support (L2/L3) and collaborating with other IT professionals to ensure effective problem resolution.
- Maintaining IT Security: Applying knowledge of networks, protocols, and IT security to protect systems and data.
- Utilizing Support Tools: Using tools like Nexthink, SCCM, BeyondTrust for remote user support, and ServiceNow for ticketing.
