- Strong Linux system administration skills, equivalent to LFCE or RHCE certification levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to convey complex technical topics to individuals with varying technical expertise.

- Address and resolve customer issues through various channels such as email, video conferencing, and support tickets.
- Work closely with Product and Development teams to develop new features and address bugs, ensuring continuous product improvement.

- Participate in on-call rotations to provide emergency support, manage incidents, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
