- Sales & Target Achievement:
- Achieve assigned sales targets for Loan Against Property (LAP) in terms of disbursal value and volume.
- Ensure the agreed interest rates (IRR) and profitability margins are maintained.
- Lead Sourcing & Conversion:
- Self-source potential customers through local networking, market visits, and personal initiatives.
- Build and maintain a network of connectors for consistent lead generation.
- Follow up on leads assigned by the organization and convert them into disbursed loans.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide excellent service by assisting customers with queries, explaining loan processes, and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Channel Partner Engagement:
- Onboard new connectors and nurture existing partnerships.
- Actively support and engage with partners to drive lead inflow and maintain high conversion rates.
