What are the responsibilities of Business Process Rep at Keysight Technologies?
- Manage the capitalization process of assets in collaboration with the Fixed Asset (FA) team.
- Conduct annual financial audits and maintain accurate records.
- Set up new vendors in the system and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Follow up on missing invoices and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Work with project managers to discuss project statuses and identify month-end accruals.
- Create and manage project numbers in the system.
- Oversee the creation and tracking of purchase orders (POs) to ensure alignment with budgets and projects.
- Maintain and monitor utility records for all sites, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and organizational policies.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and prepare accurate financial reports.
