Job description:
- Promising career in the field of financing- SME, Two-wheeler & Personal Loan, Deposits.
- Identification of right Customers, Customers interaction & relationship building.
- Establishing New Business Networks & achieving desired goals.
- Learn entire Gamut of Business activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identifying potential customers, promoting financial products such as SME loans, two-wheeler and personal loans, and maintaining strong relationships to drive business growth.
- Sales and Business Development: Engaging in fieldwork to capture business from the market, upselling and cross-selling financial products, and contributing to the company’s revenue targets.
- Credit Assessment and Loan Processing: Evaluating loan applications, assessing creditworthiness of applicants, and ensuring timely processing and disbursement of loans.
- Training and Team Management: Participating in training programs to develop managerial skills, with the potential to be promoted to roles such as Team Leader or Branch Manager upon successful completion of the training period.
- Market Research and Strategy Implementation: Conducting market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.
