- Process and manage large volumes of data, ensuring its accuracy and timely entry into company databases or systems.
- Administrative Support
- Handle administrative tasks such as document verification, record maintenance, and organizing reports to support front-end operations.
- Workflow Coordination
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations, resolving backend issues to support project deliverables.
- Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance guidelines, and regulatory requirements, while preparing regular operational reports.
- Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies in back-office workflows and suggest improvements to optimize productivity and streamline operations.
