Job description:
- Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
- Research questions using available information resources.
- Advise users on appropriate action.
- Should know about SLA and severity/priority (Person should aware Incident and service request definition).
- Follow standard help desk procedures.
- Log all help desk interactions.
- Temp asset device allocation.
- Administer help desk software.
- Follow up with customers and users to ensure complete resolution of issues.
- Redirect problems to correct resource.
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
- Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions.
- Prepare activity reports in excel format.
- Selected candidates should be wiling to work for minimum 1 year.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Interpretation
- Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decision-making and project requirements.
- System Support
- Work on understanding and supporting ERP systems, business processes, and software solutions implemented by the company.
- Report Generation
- Create and deliver reports or dashboards on key performance metrics, trends, and business insights.
- Collaboration with Teams
- Coordinate with senior analysts, project managers, and development teams to understand client requirements and deliver solutions.
- Learning and Development
- Participate in training sessions to develop technical and domain expertise, including tools like SAP or other enterprise applications.
Eligibility criteria:
- Should be a 2022/2023/2024 – B.Tech/ BCA (Computers)/ B.Sc (Mathematics / Computers) graduates
- Minimum 60% In Graduation
- B-Tech (CSE/ IT/ ECE / EEE / Civil / Mechanical / Instrumentation only) (2022/2023/2024 graduates)
- Should have all the Educational certificates
- Candidates should not have any academic backlogs currently.
- Level of Experience required: Freshers
- Good command in spoken & written English is mandatory.
