Role & Responsibilities:
- Review, analyze and assess carrier documentation for processing insurance billings.
- To work on different sub process which includes updating commissions, tracking Personal Lines revenue, creating renewal proposals and responding to the alerts from Carrier.
- Deliver as per defined KPI’s for the role – Maintain set SLA Quality, TAT standards prescribed by the Business Unit.
- Manage work load/ volumes and delivery expectations as per business requirement
- To work on different sub process which includes updating commissions, tracking Personal Lines revenue, creating renewal proposals as well as billing request documents, etc.
- Ensure that all statutory and company procedures are followed while processing Personal Lines transactions to protect clients, colleagues and the business interests of the company.
- Participate and contribute in process improvement areas.
- To revert to emails as per defined process and timeliness.
- Ensure ongoing, effective relationships with stakeholders (Internal/external).
