- Completed graduation from Commerce stream (B.com, BMS, BAF, M.com)
- Good theoretical knowledge of accounts.
- Fresher to 1 years of accounting experience can apply.
- This is completely night shift role (6:30 pm to 3:30 am / 7:30 pm to 4:30 am)
- Home drop facility only
- 5 days working (Saturday & Sunday fixed offs)
- Comfortable with work from office- MIDC, Andheri east.
- Can join immediately.

- Accounts Payable:
- Invoice Processing
- Review, verify, and process vendor invoices for payments while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Payment Management
- Manage payment schedules, prepare payment runs, and ensure timely and accurate disbursement to vendors.
- Accounts Receivable:
- Billing and Invoicing
- Generate and issue invoices to customers and ensure all payments are recorded accurately in the accounting system.
- Collections and Reconciliation
- Follow up with clients for overdue payments, reconcile accounts, and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- General Responsibilities:
- Reporting and Compliance
- Prepare financial reports related to payables and receivables, maintain audit trails, and ensure adherence to financial regulations and organizational standards.
