• Recruitment Support: Assisting in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals. You may help schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates, and update the recruitment database.
• Onboarding: Assisting with the onboarding process of new employees, including preparing welcome kits, scheduling orientation sessions, and ensuring smooth document verification.
• Employee Records Management: Maintaining and updating employee records in HR systems. This could involve handling personal data, attendance, and leave records.
• Payroll Assistance: Helping with the preparation and verification of payroll data, including assisting with time-sheet management and attendance tracking.
• Employee Engagement: Supporting HR in organizing team-building activities, events, or employee engagement programs.
