Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, network connectivity problems, and software malfunctions.
- Manage and maintain IT systems, including installation, configuration, and updates of hardware and software.
- Monitor and ensure the security of IT systems, adhering to company protocols and compliance requirements.
- Support end-users via remote and in-person assistance, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance IT operations and implement process improvements.
- Maintain and update IT documentation, including asset tracking and troubleshooting guides.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Education: Graduate in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred.
- Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts (24*7).
- Experience: 1-2 years in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar role.
Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware and software.
- Basic networking knowledge, including LAN/WAN, VPN, and router configurations.
- Familiarity with operating systems like Windows, Linux, or Mac OS.
- Proficiency in IT tools and platforms, including remote desktop solutions and ticketing systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
